Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at patterns@madameweigel.com.au   within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. Once you have received written confirmation of the return, simply mail the goods back. Address details will be provided in the confirmation email advice.

If you receive any product that is damaged, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability) after we have received return of the damaged product. If your product is lost during shipment we will send you a replacement (depending on product availability) once we have waited for the maximum delivery time to expire. All replacement items for lost or damaged products will be shipped at our cost. If you are to receive a credit, this will be processed within 5 working days of our receipt of the returned goods. To aid in the return process, please keep the original shipping package.

Note: Your order cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped. Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was the fault of the Madame Weigel’s Patterns. If you change your mind about your purchase, all return shipping charges are your responsibility. Madame Weigel’s Patterns reserves the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns.

The return policy conditions above will apply. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Madame Weigel’s Patterns will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
